Hello bookish friends,
I have to start off by saying I DNF’d Great Big Beautiful Life, this would be my first Emily Henry book I DNF. I did try to re-read this book a couple of times and even tried the audio version, but it was not for me.
May was a month full of awesome books I must say, I read/listed to 5 books that I gave high 4s too.
Filthy Rich Fae would be my first Romantasy book, and I wanted mooreee after I finished it.
Royal Savage was chef's kiss, this book was gifted to me by my best friend Vianey, and I loved it!! I will be reading book #2 next month!! Will let you know how it goes.
Still Beating.... my God!! This book has major trigger warning, there is rape, there is death, there is everything you can think of. I will keep this book fully stocked on my blind dates, although it was very triggering, I believe it will be a best seller. This book is about a girl and her "brother-in-law" who get kidnapped by this perv. He goes on to rape her, and you will need to read it to know the rest because I don't want to spoil it.
Lights Out i had high hopes for an honestly it wasn't as good as I expected it to be.
