Processing times are 2-3 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once order ships, we will send an email with tracking information, please allow up to 24 hours for package to begin tracking.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Please email us if you would like to return any items, so that we may begin the process.
Please note we do not accept returns for Mystery Books or Wrapped Bibles.
How long does it take to process my return?
Processing a return can take up to 14 days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We currently do not offer exchanges.

What if I want a specific color for my mystery book?
We typically utilize the color scheme in the book for our mystery books. If you wish to personalize a book with your color scheme, kindly include this information in the order notes prior to purchase.
Do you do local pick ups?
Yes! You could always pick up from any of our weekend markets.
What if I get a book I already own?
There’s a small possibility this can happen, however you can always send us your Goodreads link or your Amazon book wish list and we can try our best to not send out a duplicate book.
